i was very heavy into vodka for a year or so. my mouth and tongue feel like i ate a hot pizza. anyone else experience this? and if so how long does it last?

I've never experienced that Boater. Have you consulted a Dr at all?

I'm sorry I don't know what that is, I second checking with a dr. Have you stopped drinking now? If so, how long have you been sober?

yes i guess a dr. is next. today is day 2 sober. i was hoping to wait to see the dr. so i can look decent.

It may not be a bad idea depending on how much you drank, detox can be risky. Maybe it would be good to make an appt now to get the once over and ask the doc if they want to see you again in a month or two after you've detoxed.

Seem to me like your going threw withdraws now. It will go away within a week to a month. Depend on how long and how much you drink. Concern a doctor if your worry about it.
