I haven't been on here much this week. IOP - Intensive Outpatient is keeping me pretty busy. I have been grumpy last couple of days. Hope its a passing phase. Also had dull headache for a couple days. I didn't have much withdrawal problems first couple weeks. Could it be that I am having them now? Thanks

Congratulation, I got 44 day today, having trouble shaking the bad feelings, but hanging in there, you to the same.

What's outpatient like HK? How long are you there each day?

What you're describing sounds pretty much on par to me, HK.

Remember most of us drank for years - it's gonna take a little time for mind and body to get themselves back together

Cardio, in this IOP it is Monday thru Thursday 2 hours per evening. I live out of town so by the time I rush home after work feed my animals and drive back to town it pretty much takes the whole evening. I know it will be good for me though and worth the $500 cost.
