7 weeks and going strong

Thankfully i have left the carnage behind me that was my last and hopefully final relapse. there was nothing nice about it at all, it was a spite filled and lost affair.

How I feel now is calm and in a place of manageable stability. I feel that if I stay on the right side of things, ie staying in touch with fellow sober alcoholics, that I will get the support and insight I need to stay sober, if only for one day at a time.

I have got myself into great shape in the gym. I am finally getting the message on how to get thru the difficult moments, because that is all they are, moments.

Wow thanks for all the support! yep 7 weeks did it in the gym. im not pumping iron, but am putting in time.
