I can speak for many here how reading posts like yours, copperfield, and yours, Pigtails and Shygirl, about how proud we are of you and the decision and plan that you have made about using alcohol in this 'now moment' (pssssssst....it's always now).
I know that you are already experiencing that heady feeling of freedom, joy, accomplishment and self-esteem that comes from seeing your strength of will return.
Even more gratifying to some us older posters is seeing you so willing to share your success with others just a couple of weeks behind you. Your testimony and encouragement means so much to our newer members. On their behalf, thanks.

! We're only 1 day apart, my 10th day sober starts tomorrow.
You're doing amazing and it's inspiring for me to have so many people around my quit date and doing really successful, it keeps me going!
