i need help....getting clean/just stated

my life has been really bad lately. I am just starting to feel withdrawal from 4 years of daily drinking. I really need some tips on how to stay safe during the first few days. last night was my first night of being totally clean and i didn't sleep until about 730 am. I have been eating Xanax half mg at a time and just picked up Vitamin B(with C). It's so hard to eat, sleep, and my body is just rejecting everything. i'm scared about tonight.

Please talk to your dr or go to an ER to be evaluated. Detoxing from alcohol can be dangerous.

I'm sending positive thoughts your way.

Yes, you need medical attention. Please go to the ER. They will understand and not judge you, so there's nothing to be afraid of.

i don't want to go to the doctor i can't i am lost confused. what r they going to do

great advice here Phishkid - I think medical supervision is the safest way for you...certainly safer than self medicating yourself with Xanax.
