Day 2
 

I didn't drink alcohol last night, and am not going to drink alcohol tonight. I am drinking seltzer with lime instead of bll. I have eaten healthier today and walked a lap around the back pasture after feeding horses this evening.

Good to hear! I'm on day 7 and I actually went riding today. 1st time in a while. One of the things I am really really enjoying about being sober is it seems I have more time to do meaningful things instead of sitting around stupifying myself with liquor. Good luck!

good for you, I am just over 4 months sober and believe me it is worth it. Hang in there.

I agree Northwood I get so much more done instead of living in my head.

Animals are such a comfort although the novelty of the cute little ducklings has worn thin, need to launch them on the small lake nearby.

I'll be glad when I feel like riding again. This summer was so hot all I did was sit under ac and drink. Haven't riden since May. It's. muddy now but plan on groundwork when it drys.

horsekisses - That's great news - you didn't drink! Riding again is a wonderful goal for you - won't that feel good! :)
