It's believe is all most 11 am here. My last drinking was around 3 am. Don't like to go through the widthdraws of the alcohol but I will have to if I want to get through this.

Drink because I was really bored and depress. Wish I didn't start drinking. My life is not fun now. I'm guessing it's never fun when you just stop drinking

I will not drink again today. I keep telling myself because I don't want to keep going through life this way. I truly don't remember how much I had to drink but it's at least 40 beers. It's not something I would enjoy hearing but it's not normal or right to treat myself this way. Just hope everything is be fine with myself.

I wont drink either. I am only 5 days ahead of you. The first 24 hours seem the hardest. Hang in there. Can you call someone in AA?
