I don't know why I keep doing this. I want to drink bll all the time. I am gaining weight and not riding my horses. It makes me so mad at myself.

Welcome to SR. A lot of us know what you are talking about - before I stopped (I am at day 61 now) I wasn't doing anything that I didn't have to do besides drink or recover from drinking. It was terrible - depressing and scary. Please stop as soon as you can - it doesn't get any easier and will only get worse with time. I know my animals were thrilled when I stopped (actually, my dogs are pretty tired right now since I take them out for long walks when I start craving or get bored ).

Thanks for the welcomes. I know I would feel better and me more productive if I would stop drinking. I went two weeks without any beer and then drank almost two cases over the weekend. I don't shake or have any withdraws when I don't drink. I just like it, but it is very expensive and makes me gain weight.
