It's day 10!!!

Made it to day 10 and I feel great! Things are looking up fiinally, if I can do this anyone can.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I am slowly starting to take the reins back. It's not easy but it feels very empowering to be in control of my future again. I now realise that my alcoholic voice doesn't call the shots, only I can. It's not a walk in the park, I get tempted all the time but the lightbulb moment for me was realising I do not have to give in to my temptations to drink.

In the short space of just over a week I am much clearer in mind and I am working more productively. I cannot believe the alcoholic haze that was clouding my life and my judgement up to now. I never want to go back to that.
