Mmmm...love green tea. Echinacea is s'posed to be the bestest for fighting colds, etc. I drank alot of that last year but it was getting expensive. LOL
I also love cranberry but I buy the dried cranberry -then mix it with granola cereal, nuts and chocolate chips to make sort of a trail mix snack. Yum.

Not real thrilled with milk unless its ice cream form. Hehe

But great ideas to keep us healthy...thanx artsoul.

Thanks for sharing the link.

Personally I disagree with most of it, especially the milk and some of the juices. I believe unpasteurized full fat milk from a trusted source is the way to go IF someone is going to drink dairy milk. The fat in milk doesn't do the things that it was blamed for for years, such as raise cholesterol. I'd also stay away from soy. Drink coconut milk if going non dairy.

Probably the best option from the list is tea and the tomato juice. Artsoul, think you should stick with your coffee over some of the things on this list, but that's just IMHO. Still, there are worse things to drink than what is on the list.

The healthiest drink ever was mentioned in the article, but not on the list - water.

Anyway, again, just IMHO.

I've heard soy is bad for you too. Some cranberry juice is good for variety, and green tea is excellent.

Water is all that should be on that list, in my opinion. Nothing does anything for me like staying hydrated.

I'm a water person. I can't afford the calories of some of that stuff. I consider milk part of a meal rather than a beverage. In stead of juice I do the whole fruit or veggie, for health reasons (I have a special issue) I need the fiber, etc. I also helps to fill me up so I wont overeat.

It's closing in on cranberry season, I love to eat raw cranberries, super yum. They truly need NO sugar at all, and they make a great addition to salads.

From this link. I was hoping to hear about beer was the healthiest drink but I'm guessing not. I'm joking about that part.
