Day 4 codeine free:)

Hi everyone, it is now coming up on near 96 hrs (four days) without codeine or any other drugs or alcohol. The codeine/drug free period is a record since quitting drinking as since I got sober 77 days ago I have still been on Xanax and codeine or tranquilizers near constantly. I'm totally wrecked as today was my first day working in a few months. Just pure knackered all the time from getting up so early, new routine etc. Anyway will be shooting for a week now and will be planning to stay that way
