Day 4 Feels Pretty Good
Day 4 Feels Pretty Good
I was reading in one of the posts that someone would wake up in fear of what they had done the night before only to realize a minute or two later that...nothing bad had happened because they went to bed SOBER! I also had this happen to me.
Is it odd to also see things that aren't really there? When I woke up around 6am this morning I saw a ton of flys crawling on the ceiling but this didn't scare me. I just moved from my bedroom to my couch in the living room and went back to sleep. I'm not sure if this is related to my detoxification. Of course the flys weren't really there. Hmmm...odd.
I did have a slight craving but I had to think about all the times I woke up wondering who I hurt this time...my husband...my sister...my daughter? Thankfully that was enough to bring me back to reality again.
This such an awesome find...Sober Recovery. I am thankful to find such a great resource for people like...me...and everyone else who needs this. Have a great sober night!

Hi firstbuckles
I did have halluncinations, but no they shouldn't be considered normal.
It may be something relatively benign...but because hallucinations can be a sign of something more serious I think anyone having any kinds of hallucinations - visual or otherwise - is best off seeing a Dr - just to check things out.
