Sixteen days sober and I feel great. I'm walking daily and I start 2 miles per day this week. Lost several pounds and I look forward to being at a healthy weight again. Those stupid drugs have had me down for a long time and now I'm winning this battle. Many, Many thanks to God, my wife and S/R for all of the help to get this far.

Just thought I would check in. It will be 9 weeks tomorrow of being clean. I have lost 55 lbs from my heaviest weight and I'm walking daily. I am up to 1 hour and 15 minute a day, walking. Energy level has been off the charts for weeks. My goal is walking 2 hours a day, which should be around 5 miles. Thank You S/R for all of your help.
