How do I prove to my councelor
Hello CyndyKB and welcome to SR.
While you await some responses you might want to take a look around some of the forums here as well as our many great sticky threads for some extra input & help.
It's nice to meet you.

Welcome Cyndy - Are you trying to get/stay sober?
I'm not quite sure why you would need to prove anything to your counselor..... Are you in a program where you have to have documentation?
Whatever the case, we're glad you're here....

CyndyKB; First things first you do not need to prove to your counselor or anyone else that you have joined and are making use of this site and the awesome support you will experience here. If your counselor doubt's that you are serious about your sobriety and recovery only time will help. Remember the AA Promises "you will be amazed before you are half way threw".
PS you might take a print screen to show her/him.

how do I prove to my councelor Iam doing this?
By 'this', do you mean participating in this forum? Why would you have to prove it? I've told my counselor about SR and how helpful it is. But I didn't have to prove anything to her that I was participating on this forum. She can tell for herself that I'm doing what I say. She's watched me get honest over the last three years and knows I'm not lying to her.
I don't see, tho, why you'd have to prove your participation in SR. You're doing this for yourself, aren't you? Then it's no one else's business how you work your recovery.
