Step 1.
Hi. Im the wife of an alcoholic for 9 years. I am codependant to an unmanageable degree after this experience. I recognise codependant traits in myself prior to this relationship and am at a total loss as to how to break the cycle.
Im here to find support from others like me, and to try to understand what others go through as well. thanks for clicking on my post and reading what I have to say.
