Made a mistake

Thanks to all for the congrats on yesterdays post. I made a mistake on my calculations. My 2 months is on the 12th not yesterday. Hairflip! Anyone at two months sleep a lot? I work 3 to 4 days a week, 13 hours and on my days off, I can take a 3 hour nap without a problem. I have never been like this. I am not one to sit for long. I am healthy. I am not depressed. And best of all, I am not real stressed out. I hope this passes because I dont like being lazy.

I found that I have to drink more coffee or tea now that I am sober to be as active as I was before.

I'm at about 3 months and still sleep more than usual. On the weekend it's not unusual for me to take a 2-3 hour nap which is not like how I used to be. But it is a lot better. For the first couple of months I almost would have no choice in the matter. My eyes would close whether I wanted them to or not. Now it's not that severe. I figure my body just needs the rest... Yours probably does too. Like I tell my son when he's sick "when you sleep your body fixes itself so shut your eyes and let your body get better."

I'm not sure sleeping qualifies as being lazy - I sleep a fair bit but i work hard too - I figure I need to.

If you're worried, I'd check with a Dr just to make sure there's nothing going on

LPN...congrats anyway! Each day is a success! I've been real tired too. I expect it will last awhile, especially going into winter hibernation season!

Keep it up!

113 days or is it 114 for me? A bit fuzzy brained, not as much now, but ongoing. Tired? Absolutely!!!!
Naps are my friends.
Your body is healing. About 1 month for every year of drinking.....rehab info.

You aren't lazy, you're healing!!!!! Keep on staying stopped!!!

Boleo, watch the caffeine! Sometimes raw carrots & water are better for us. Nutrients & oxygen for our bodies!!

I'm not worried. All my labs are good and I am generally healthy. Maybe it's my age finally getting to me.
