Hi Andre

I found the more Friday and Saturday nights I stayed sober, the less scary & uncomfortable the idea got.

There's always support to be found here

Owen, well done on 5 days, and I hope you will hvae many more to come. It is really important to find the right path for your own recovery.

For me it meant finding help and support that I was comfortable with, and here at SR I have truly found that. Reading the forums and posts....but especially the chat room. I have always found it to be supportive and caring, with some wonderful stories of recovery and mostly a place to go for company when I was so alone early in my recovery. I keep going back now to give back some of that support I was lucky enough to find. As anywhere, there are occasionally people who are disruptive..... but my advice, is go on in and see for yourself.

Keep up the good work.
