10 days strong
Here I am at 10 days, feeling great and sleeping great. I actually quit smoking over a month ago when I went near 2 weeks sober before a week relapse. I don't have any despite to smoke at all since. Exercising by walking an hour each morning. Drinking tons of water and eating well. I do have cravings throughout the day, sometimes strong. At the same time feeling weird like wanting ingest something- water even helps. What is worse is this weird slip in thought process where my mind tries to tell me to drink and I have to keep telling myself the same things over and over. Like even when reading this site or walking, but I quickly get past it. It is hard because just seems like alcohol is always on my mind now, not as much wanting it as just understanding it all. I love feeling better each day. My face is breaking out much more than usual. I'm not craving sweets or anything much, but do get mighty hungry quickly.
