I didn't drink last night. I drank tonigt. I haven't had my meds in a few days. I want to kill myself.

Sorry to know you are feeling so low.
Have you called your doctor about this? That would be a wise idea..

Hi DP,

Assuming you are out of your meds, why not try to calm yourself here for a while and then call your doctor first thing in the morning?

Suicide is a long term solution to a short term problem.
I know if i went without my meds for a few days, I'd be in the same boat as you.
Drinking isn't going to take the place of your meds.

Please call your doctor, or a helpline. And get back on the sobriety horse, and take your meds. You'll feel better. I promise.

I understand completely where you're coming from. I've been there. It can, and will, get better.
