Okay, I'll be arriving at treatment in about four hours. I'm feeling good despite a few butterflies in my stomach. Does anyone have any further advice or insight?

(((BBB))) - I never went to rehab but the best advice I can give is work your recovery as if you're very life depends on it. It does. In time, it just becomes the way you live, and that's a WHOLE lot better than when we're out there drinking/using.
