day 1 is coming to a close . i did well, except, now is the ruuff part, stomache contracting, constantly shking it out, tossing and turning, hope the warm milk helps. goodnight all. blessings. tomorrow is a fresh new day.......lol of more hell!

Best of luck. Detox is easier if you drink lots of water, take vitamins, sleep as much as possible, any other steps you'd take recovering from an illness.

Also, keep your doc on speed dial and don't hesitate to go in if things start getting scary.

well it's day 2 and i'm hanging in there, feel real crappy, feels like my stomache is contracting...i wish it would do that when im practicing pilates. the warm milk did help, and i had my crystals, and said all my prayers. now there is no turning back. i want to thank you all! i have tears in my eyes, i feel all your love and support. thank you all. and to all of you Om Shanti.

Keep praying and for me a hot shower when things got rough or a soak in the tub always helped and the vitamins are a good idea I used benadryl to help me sleep and it worked great to calm my nerves a little and for sleep, also I had to remeber to stay in the moment and every second counts that you are a few more minutes closer dont' give up five min before the miracle and talking to someone else who is in recovery on the phone helps alot to know that your not alone and na meetings is a good place to find a recovering addict to talk to good luck

Well I made through day 2, and I'm on day 3. Feeling crappy, buy hey, i gotta undo, what I did. Contiplating doing my Pilate workout, i dunno, just wanna vegg and watch movies. listening to my ipod works too. I just wanna say THANKYOU so much for all your support and kind words. Whatta big HELP, I have tears in my eyes, its good to know you guys are out there, I'm here alone, till my son gets home from work. He's been so kind ... Namaste.
