60 Days Sober ! ! !
 

My 2 month date isn't till Monday, but today is 60 days. Feels good. I've gotten a little better as each day goes by. Month 2 was easier than month 1. My panic and anxiety have gotten better. And the best part I have no desire to drink. It makes me sick and sad just thinking about it.

Thanks for posting your progress. I am over 60 days or more sober and I would really like to know how you are going with the step work. If you have the time to post. The reason I am asking is that I feel a bit blocked and I think this is leading to mild depression. I find reading about other people's experiences really helps.

Cai I've done my sobriety on my own. I never did AA. I don't really know anything about it.

Wow 2 months! Do you find your energy levels go up when you dont drink? I forget what it's like to actually want to go anywhere & want to do my house up.

Brilliant achievement, keep posting the landmarks, it really does spur everyone on to know it can be done!

Yeah I feel a lot more energy. Still dealing with anxiety though too.
