nThe reason for this scheduled step work is due to my reading my posts on here. Although my intentions were honest, etc, I read harshness and underlying anger. For that, I am deeply regretful. Since I am denying my anger, my sponsor will help me to reveal more of me to me. For this, I thank all of you here at SR.Thank you! I appreciate you all.

Kudos Sugarbear! I started the day rigorously lazy but the java kicked in on my way to the health club and chatted with a few people there. Walked the dogs, or they walked me I guess. Pulled weeds, cleaned the place up and here I am.

slept in, worked on music, showered, went and bought new workout shoes, worked at the pub, went immediately after work to the gym because I really wanted a beer, worked out, got chinese food, practiced bass guitar, now chilling with SR
