Hi,I have been living with a active AGF for the past 13 years and, I think that I am addicted to my AGF.I have some how lost myself and need help finding me again. The past 4 to 5 years have gotten to the point where all I think about is her feelings, her reactions, her drinking just everything surounding her.I am afraid if I don't get help, I am going to go crazy.
Welcome to SR lady. There is a lot of support and help here for alcoholics/addicts and our friends and family. You've come to the right place (we all have a bit of experience with going crazy and how to get sane again). I hope you find the support you need here.

Welcome ladymc - Glad you're here. It's pretty hard not to be affected when someone we love has an addiction - and you've had 13 years of practice! While you can't change your AGF, you can have your own "recovery" from her disease.
We have a great section for family and friends of alcoholics. I know you'll find lots of support there:Friends and Family of Alcoholics - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information
