21 days Sober!

Well, today marks 21 days, or three weeks!

Even though my car was totaled in a hit and run on Sunday, leaving me in a very precarious place as it was reliable but will bring little money for another, I did not drink, and will not drink.

I started a thread to talk about the path I am taking, should anyone be interested. The thread detailing my journey/steps can be found on the forums, here:

Working the Spiral Steps: A secular Stairway of Growth and Renewal

To everyone who is new: There is hope. I was hopeless to the point of suicide; now, I have come to see there are many paths to recovery, and am following my path towards healing and growth.

A warm welcome to all the new members,

H. Pup

Way to go buddy. Also 504 hours, 30,240 minutes, 1,814,400 seconds. I have absolutely no idea how many moments that is, but I guess it doesn't matter, if there is only this moment. The car's still a bummer, but it pales incomparison to your 21 days living.

Thanks, everyone, it helps to get such encouragement, it really does. And I wish you all success, as well, on your own journeys.
