I miss me..

I am new to this all though registered a while back. I was not able to stay clean and have been back on Suboxone for about 4 months now. Pointless. I still crave the high I loved so much. On a boring day I lose myself in my thoughts. I get so depressed and grumpy. It's effecting my relationship and who I am as a person and a mother. I don't want to be on these Suboxone again. I remember how bad it was getting off the first time but how do I stay clean otherwise? I don't know who to turn to or what to do with myself. I am hoping I can find some comfort here with the rest of you so I can get off these Suboxone, stay clean, and maybe be able to find my true self again.

Welcome tryingtimes

I think support is important.

You'll find a lot of that here - we also have a substance abuse and suboxoxone maintenance forum as well

Face to face support can be good too - have you ever tried or thought of a recovery programme?

I agree, SR is a great support for recovery but for many other support/resources are also import. Its east to lose oneself in the fog of addiction but there's always lights to lead our way back to our true selves. My best in your journey home.

Hello and welcome TryingTimes, I'm new here too. From what I've seen so far this is the place on the net for finding support and information. Kudos to the folks who put this place together and keep it running. I hope you find what you're looking for.

Jim
