I went to a 50 year old party yesterday
thought I could have a "glass" of wine.
I blacked out half way through the party
don't remember the cake or saying goodbye.

Back to day 1 for me.

Sorry to hear that. One doesn't work for me very well either. Even if I get away with it once or a couple times, I'm back to my full level within a couple weeks. Take care of yourself today.

I think the best thing you can do is to look at the situation and figure out how you decided you could have a drink. What brought you to that point? Then you can learn and move on.
