90 Days

I have been sober 90 days and reading SR and everyones posts has been a great help. It has become easier and easier and the cravings are no where near as intense as in the first 30-60 days. If it helps anyone my recovery plan has included Celebrate Recovery meetings every week, 3-4 visits per month with a therapist with addiction experience, reading SR posts every day, exercising on a regular basis and listening to various recovery podcasts. I feel great and my marriage and family life is getting better and better. Now I need to just keep doing the things that got me to 90 days. Thanks for everyone's support.

Sounds great. Congradulations on 90 days with all that entails. Appears that you have a solid plan that's working well for you. Thanks for sharing your success.

Way to go ((WINNC))! Thanks for sharing what is working for you. I built my recovery program on things that worked for other people and am love reading about other tools I can use.

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

Great job on 90 days!! I agree, 90 days really felt like a turning point for me, where not drinking felt 'normal'. You have a great plan for your continued sobriety and I'm happy it's going really well for you.
