90 days sober today!!

Yip I made it to 90 people! I thank God everyday for helping me conquer this alcohol addiction. I still have a lot of battles ahead of me, but today I can say I have defeated 90 of them

I was reading an article about the 90 day mark, and why it's so significant. Doctors believe that it takes the mind of a addict around 90 days to reset itself. Well mines been reset, or just about

As it has happened, this 90 day mark has fallen on the day a pop icon has passed away - Amy Winehouse. While nothing has really been said to the reason of her dead, I have strong feelings it has to do with her drug/aclohol addiction. Let that be a reminder to all of us how lucky we are to have at least have the ambition (AND TAKE ACTION ON IT) to stay sober.

So I dedicate this day to all of you out there who truly have the ambition to stay sober! I'm 90 days sober today, and by no means has it been an easy path to follow. But believe me when I say to you "The rewards you will receive mentally and physically are extraordinary!"

geez does not seem to long ago it was 14 days.

I myself just got a month on the 20th, so know on to the next take care brother

well done on that, i read that thing about 90 days having some medical and psychological validity as well, so i'm planning a treat for myself (day break at a spa) when i get there!
