Yes, I should have mentioned that - with both of my pregnancies I was paying very close attention and was able to catch the pregnancy before 7 weeks gestation. My doctors knew I was trying to get pregnant and we had a plan in place - but it was still very scary for me. I just feel for the original poster because I know how people can vilify you the second you say you ingest anything (including tylenol!) during pregnancy. It feels absolutely awful and I just hope that she can get past that and find some help for the sake of her and her baby. In my current pregnancy I'm monitored very closely and most days I don't even take the full dose of my medication. Once my daughter is born the meds will go back up - otherwise I wouldn't even be able to hold her in my arms!
