Hello,

I've been attending AA meetings during my treatment and now I'm home too and I shared tonight I was quite scared to share before but you know what, they were all lovely.

I'm keeping my ears out for a potential sponsor. I guess I'll know when I hear her, right?

This is the longest time I've been without a drink for nearly 14 years. I know I need to take one day at a time but today, I'm feeling a little bit pleased with myself (so far)

Thank you SR, if it wasn't for you, I'd never have had the guts to even go to my Dr about my drinking.

I'd like to say a special thanks to Ronf and Ring (I hope that's allowed) as they've been PM'ing me and have been an inspiration.

Good to know you are finding AA beneficial I certainly do...

In many meetings on the free literature rack..is the AA official guideline on sponsorship.
I always make sure anyone interested has a copy.
