11 weeks and struggling!
 

I have now been sober for 11 weeks! I have struggled the last few weeks. I am about to start a new job in a new town next week so I think all the usual anxieties are starting to come back. I would usually turn to the drink to help these but instead have turned to food big time. This is making me feel any worse! I need to get back healthy but I just dont think that way when im hungry! Does anyone have any advice?

I think stress is a big one for everybody Cairns - especially something like moving towns and starting a new job.

Did you end up chasing up any meetings? maybe face to face support would help right now?
