I've noticed, now I've surrendered to smoking sigarettes for a year or so, in order to focus on my recovery on weed smoking and addiction behavior in general,,,,,

The urge to smoke siggies has become less,
It's still there, so I smoke them,
But not with so much.....'attachement'

It's all about surrendering I guess...

I am an addict,

Just for today,
I won't use weed or other drugs, and I will smoke some sigarettes in true acceptence, that some things are more important and urgent then others.

CC- My nicotine addiction began when I quit weed many years ago. Have been off& on ciggs since. I've been disgusted some mornings how much I smoked drunk. Im already down to just a few a day now. One thing at a time.
