Nineteen months tomorrow!!

It gets better most every day.

I look back and can't believe I put up with such a lifestyle.

To those just starting out, or starting over, DON'T GIVE UP!! Keep trying until you 'get it'.

I thought for a while that I was ready to give up, that I was hopeless, doomed to drink myself to death, but it wasn't so! With the support of my counselor and the wonderful folks here at SR, I beat it.

You can too.

And the longer I'm sober, the easier it gets and more comfortable too.

Living sober really rocks!
