feeling very shaken up

Hi Everyone: My mum had a mini stroke, I am very close to her she is the only one who knows that I have stopped drinking and the extent. I just feel like I am out of my body and thought I better reach out

Awhhhhh moms/mums

are so special! I'm so sorry that she's had a stroke. It's hard to watch a parent go through this! Your family is in my thoughts and good wishes.
