Wow out of rehab 3 months congrats and welcome to SR

Have you stayed sober/clean since you have been out?

Do you go to AA or NA?

In any event you have found a site that has been so supportive to me and countless others.

Hope to see you around.. I am usually on the Gratitude and Whiners thread come check it out there are some awesome people on there.

Peace & blessings

I have been sober since 3/28/2011 , been going to aa/na meeting a lot. The cravings r the worst, seem like they got worse when I got out of treatment. Crazy? Why? I was in treatment for alcohol, cocaine, prescription Meds ..... Pretty much all of the people I went to treatment with have fell off the wagon, sad. Really feel good about where I am today, don't want to go back to that old life.

Good for you. We can be a statistic if we want, or a force in our own lives with simple small things to pave a new path. It ain't easy or we all would not be here would we?

Congrats! Keep doing it. One day you will not notice any effort because you are enjoying the little things in life you ignored before.
