So, in the last two months I have gone to rehab, drank at rehab, got kicked out of rehab, drank again and violated probation, spent 9 days in jail and been released and now have 21 days sober.

I have avoided meetings and calling my sponsor because I was scared to admit all of this and let my pride get in the way of returning to AA.

I finally called her and confessed all of this and I am going back to meetings everyday starting tonight. Tomorrow I am going to share what I have been doing to myself in the meeting.

I feel soooooooooo much better. It is time for me to get honest, STAY honest and go to any length to protect my sobriety. The next step for me will be death if I drink again.

It really does feel like home, both here and at AA. Heck, even at community service with my fellow AAers. I can't do this on my own.
