Day 23 !!
Yesterday was a challenge but all went smooth no booze for me
some days are harder than others yesterday was just one of those days my old self would have crawled in a bottle !! Thankfully my old self has been kept in check !!
Well Day 23 is here off I go to get it done

Day 24 !!
Up early for a change lol yep on a day I do not need to be oh well nice cup of tea will start the day off wow 24 days ago I would be waking up feeling like death warmed up & thinking I must quit drinking well I am pleased to say after 24 days I'm feeling quite strong !!

Not long now till I reach my first goal
Had a late night just stirring this morning but I only drank sparkling water. Having a lazy day busy week atbwork

Day 26 !!
Yay for home stretch let's hope as we go forward. Blooming sleep will be better & I will become a morning person again with out a fogy head LOL

Day 27 !
I'm starting to sound like a broken record but this. Waking up like a truck hit me is getting old when will this stop ! All the reading I have done says it's usually gone by now OH well at least I can get to moan about it LOL

Good for you I am on day 2 again lived in South Florida for years now in France do not like it but both these places seem to have heavy drinkers around...

Maybe you have a food allergy caffeine in the many cups of tea?
Swap it out and see what but dont give up this is just the beginning of your new life!
I am fine after a really bad night sweating and heart pounding but I filled up on perrier mixed with juice some chicken and coleslaw couple of slices of genoa salami 40 minutes on the Wii Fit watching Touched by and Angel on my own with my little Chihuahuas cleaning reading your encouraging posts ;=}
I hope you commit to another 30 days posting so we can refer to each other as it is helping me and I see a few others so keep it up I think I speak for the rest we want to hear from you

Day 28 !!
Thank you Lynzi this 30 day accountability has. Had it's ups & downs but to be honest out of all the times I've tried this has been the hardest but well worth it !
Yep after the 30 days we will have to keep it going maybe start a blog up or post on here weekly I just don't want to drive peop,e crazy with my daily posts LOL
South of France how wonderful I think I'm ready to leave Florida too many bad memories don't want to run away so I'll have to deal with these issues before I make any life changing decisions !! One thing I have learnt these past days an emotional roller coaster I have a lot of anger that I still have to deal with but day at a time month at a time !!

Sobriety feels better every day. Not saying the urges aren't there, but I just keep telling myself this feels too good to let go of. So, DJ, glad to see each day is going good for you - day 28 today, and by the time you read this, it will be day 29. Sober dreams!

Woke up this morning to Atlantis & Boom Boom shame it's the last time it will be wakeing me up !!
