One Year today
 

It feels good! While my life is certainly trying at the moment, it's much better without the constant daily obsession to use or drink.

I don't pretend to know what it's like for anyone else, but I hope that seeing that at least one person can do it for 365 days in a row, that someone else will not give up. There IS HOPE and every single solitary sober day counts!

Onward.....

Thanks everyone!

It's been a nice quiet day. Just the way I like it! Will pick up my year chip at an alumni meeting on Monday with two women and two men who I went through rehab with. We've come a long day since that first week when we all met are were completely messed up, physically, spiritually and emotionally!
