I just noticed this site has got 144 visitors. I would like to say hello and welcome.
If you think you have a problem this is the place to be. I'm on Day 6 and I know I would not have got there without the wonderful support from this site.
Anytime I feel the urge starting to overpower me I just log on, you can too.
This is here for you 24/7 and you don't even have to leave home or your desk. So if you think you got a problem stick around.

i would like to second what eveydaynew said... funny enough i am on day 6 as well 
i found great help here so far and was a lurker for a long time. once i started posting it really became even more helpful. everyone here understands you...
i've read so many stories and it makes me amazed how different we all are and come from so many different places, yet we are all exactly the same... and riding in the same boat.
