I am happy to have one month

It just dawned on me that today marks one month of not drinking this time around.

In the past I've been hesitant to ask for help and would almost never acknowledge any sort of accomplishment that I may of had. I am working to fix these character defects that I think are rooted in some sort of pride and perfectionist issues.

Thanks to everyone that responded to my request for help last month and although it seems strange...as part of my self-diagnosed treatment.....I want to congratulate myself on doing well over this past month.

Thanks to all of you and this site.
