Hi Hangover

Glad you have found Sober Recovery, the support here is fantastic and we all can recover, no doubt about it, the main thing is you want to change, hang in there, things will improve.

Welcome hangover! I've walked in your shoes. Wanna quit drinking so bad but caught up in fear. Alcohol is making you think you can't live without it. It wants to keep you in that place. The only way to get out of this cycle is to put the alcohol down. Get a good support system and arrange an appointment with your Doctor. They can help you figure out a plan. You can do this!!

Best Wishes To You!
