I have too many triggers:
- It's a beautiful summer day - beer time
- Cold Winter day - hot chocolate and rum
- I'm lonely, I'm sad, I'm happy......Once I wrote all that, I don't have triggers I drank for any reason and need to get out of this place in my head.
arghhhhh this evil liquid...

Being committed to sobriety is in, IMO letting go of the old drunken ways that keep me sick...triggers included...and focusing on the life I would dream for myself...except dream is exchanged for the willful reality I am going to have...a better life beyond addiction.
