There are chat meetings and just regular chats...
The regular chats are whenever there are people in the room. That can vary. People who use the chatroom come from around the world, and evening hours in the Americas, Europe and Western Australia seem to be the most popular. But it's open 24 hours a day, unless they're doing maintenance.
