I need an addict friendly doctor in Northern NJ

I can't get the suboxone I need but I REALLY want to quit. I need a doctor that will at LEAST write me scripts to fight the fevers, aches, restless legs, and insomnia that come with quitting heroin as I inject alot and can't not go to work. Someone PLEASE HELP ME!

Sorry, my friend, I don't think anyone here is going to recommend a script-friendly doctor for you.
I feel bad that you're in deep, but we're all on this site for the purpose of avoiding meds/substances and dealing with the pain of addiction.
I wish you all the best.

This is a national database of Doctors who can prescribe suboxone.
Buprenorphine - Suboxone - Buprenorphine doctors - and opioid addiction resources from The National Alliance of Advocates for Buprenorphine Treatment

But you may be better to see a local doctor first - suboxone is not always appropriate for everyone, and there may be other treatments more suited to you.

Best wishes to you,
D

Not trying to get narcotics..can get them around the corner. Need medicinal assistance during detox so I can continue to work without constant sweats, vomiting, etc. OTC doesn't help and I cannot take time off work

You can always go to an ER if you feel you need to.

I hope that you can get through this.

Anna's right about the ER.

I meant to post this link before regarding subs - no registration required.
