My routine? Coffee (thank God I can drink it now without having panic attacks), cigarettes (which are killing me) and prayer (which is what keeps me sober).
And I go to AA meetings. That means I have to shower, shave and walk out the door.
Much better than the first few months of recovery when the benzo and booze withdrawals had me sitting watching my fingernails grow!
And I walk to meetings. It's the one exercise I can do and smoke at the same time! Arghhhhh!!!!!1

The only thing I can add is going through your previous history to see what things/routines you have given up because of alcohol that can be reinstated. For me this is a number of exercise type activities, cooking and going to the public library once a week. I now read more instead of TV- I found that TV does not occupy enough of my brain and I get restless
