Bye Glenn
Another member died this week from an overdose. Glenn thought he could relapse and come back and he did many times and then a few days ago he relasped overdosed and died.
If you think you have an other relapse and another recovery in you, think again, this dis ease wants only to kill us.
Glenn was in his early 20's about 6'2" lovely guy huge heart so much to look forward to.
Farewell Glenn.
Kevin

One of the Cards we use in NA Meetings.
Who Is an Addict?
Most of us do not have to think twice about this question.
We know! Our whole life and thinking was centered in drugs
in one form or another—the getting and using and finding
ways and means to get more. We lived to use and used
to live. Very simply, an addict is a man or woman whose
life is controlled by drugs. We are people in the grip of a
continuing and progressive illness whose ends are always
the same: jails, institutions, and death.

(((Kevin))) - I'm so sorry for this tragic loss. Many prayers going out to all who loved ((Glenn)). I'm pretty sure I don't have another relapse in me, and am grateful for all here, who keep me on "recovery road".
Hugs and prayers,
Amy
