8am Sunday Morning
 

Each day is a gift. I'm up. No hangover. No regrets. NO internal struggle with shame and anger.............and the 'not agains', avoiding eye contact with my wife.

The jeans are getting looser, which I needed- and I am looking forward to the day.

In truth there is a fear I will let it all go again, as I have done before. It's the next challenge but for now I can just enjoy myself.
