DUIQuestion I can understand why you came here for advice for a DUI. A lot of us gotten 1 or 2 like or even 3 and above. But the thing is that we can't really give you real legal advice to your problem. Thats because we did not study the law and each state and even counties have different laws when it comes to DUIs. I thought it was a joke when I red that you got your police report in an email.
Getting a DUI lawyer in the county that you got the report is your best bet.
Go to www.avvo.com and ask for legal advice about this. It's free and the lawyers in your area are quick to reply back.
If you don't have an addiction this would be best time to start to recovery before it gets even worst.
