Day 30 rehab for Kelly

1 month chip notice!

I made it to 1 month today, I get a red 1 month chip at the AA meeting tonight, @ 7:30 pm in our lecture theatre!

I'll limp up to the stage with my bad back and collect the chip!

No more homework for rehab, I finish next Wednesday morning.

The cravings are very few and low intensity, and far between, thank goodness.

Congtratulations. That is where I was May 1. I completed 35 days, I have had no cravings but taking medication for it. I have 65 meetings in after my first one April 3. They really help. I have so much free time from not drinking now I have had time to do things I haven't done in a long time!

Yesterday's meetings were good. A young woman cried because she realized her 8 year old son acts just like she did at that age and she is convinced he will be prone to drinking too. We had a good talk about it in our small group and the good news is she can help me by being his sober role model and if he ever falls she can help. The other meeting was a Lead with a 78 year old man who's message really hit home. Grow up or die!
